Open to Pakistani citizens. Pakistan is an eligible GKS country. Academic requirement: must be in top 20% of class OR have minimum 80% academic average (approximately 3.2/4.0 CGPA). Age limit: born after September 1, 1980 for graduate applicants (under 40). Must not hold Korean citizenship. Must not have previously received a GKS/KGSP scholarship. Good physical and mental health required.
Full tuition at a designated Korean university. Monthly stipend: KRW 900,000 for master's, KRW 1,000,000 for PhD (approximately PKR 100,000–110,000). Return economy airfare. Free 1-year Korean language training. Settlement allowance on arrival. National health insurance. Research allowance: KRW 210,000/semester for master's, KRW 240,000/semester for PhD. Thesis printing fee covered.
