Open to citizens of all countries except Turkey. Age limits: under 21 for undergraduate, under 30 for master's, under 35 for PhD. Minimum academic achievement: 70% for undergraduate, 75% for master's and PhD. Must not currently be enrolled in a Turkish university. No prior admission letter required ā YTB handles university placement based on your listed preferences. Must not hold Turkish citizenship.
Full tuition fee waiver. Free on-campus accommodation. Monthly stipend: TL 4,500 for undergraduates, TL 6,500 for master's, TL 9,000 for PhD. One-year Turkish language training at TĆMER at no cost. Round-trip economy airfare. Health insurance under SGK national scheme. No application fee.
