IMPORTANT: This is a PARTIAL, ONE-TIME grant (not full funding) - only 5,000 EUR paid once in your first year of study, while Dutch non-EEA tuition typically ranges 8,000-20,000+ EUR per year. Best used combined with a separate university-specific tuition waiver or your own funding for remaining costs and all years beyond year one. Open to citizens of any country OUTSIDE the European Economic Area - Pakistan qualifies. NOT available if you already hold a degree from a Dutch institution. No single application - each participating Dutch university manages its own NL Scholarship applications separately with its own deadline, alongside your regular admission application.
One-time grant of 5,000 EUR paid during your first year of study. Some individual universities (e.g. Utrecht University) offer enhanced amounts up to 10,000-15,000 EUR at their discretion.
