Open to Pakistani citizens permanently residing in Pakistan. Must hold a first degree with at least upper second-class (2:1) honours standard (approximately 3.0/4.0 CGPA or 60%+). Candidates with 2:2 may be eligible if they also hold a relevant postgraduate qualification. Must demonstrate clear commitment to development impact in Pakistan. Must apply through HEC Pakistan — direct applications to CSC are not accepted. Must be available to start studies in UK in September 2027.
Full tuition fees paid to UK university. Monthly living allowance: £1,712/month (£2,000/month for London-area universities). Return economy airfare. Arrival allowance. Warm clothing allowance. Study travel grant for study-related travel. Child allowance for single parents. Additional disability support available. No application fee.
